Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, causing the need to make adjustments to your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least [24 hours] notice.
Your appointment is being reserved specifically for you, and the shop will be turning away other potential customers to keep the spot for you. Meaning if you don’t show up for your appointment, the shop loses that potential revenue and it becomes unrecoverable.
OUR POLICY:
1st no call/ no show,
The booking System will mark you as a pre pay only customer.
You will only be able to book appointments with a credit card, in future.
2nd missed appointment:
100% charge for the missed appointment, charged to your card on file
3rd missed appointment.
100% charge for the missed appointment and Banned from any future appointments at the shop
Also
- Any cancellation made less than [2 hours before] will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to [100%] of the reserved services
- If you are more than [10 mins] late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule another service for another time. However, We will require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services
